Almarai Leadership Acceleration Programme LXP

The Almarai Leadership Acceleration Programme is a customized online training course. The programme consists of 5 modules and lasts for 8 months. With the guidance of a trainer, participants acquire important knowledge about commercial awareness, leadership and communication, finance and performance excellence, innovation and digitalization, and managing operations and value chain. After each module, the participants are required to take an exam about the module’s material, which in some cases is supplemented with an additional assignment. Individual and group works are equally distributed across the modules. The programme incorporate many discussions, hands-on exercises, and interactive simulation games that lets participants practice their business management skills.
